Previously having announced sales expansion of the ‘Authentique’ skincare line to upscale department stores, KLARIF, Inc plans to file for an Initial Public Offering(IPO) in New York.  According to IR division, KLARIF, Inc plans to list on the OTC Bulletin Board followed by NASDAQ Global Select market. The IPO is reported to be worth roughly $1.5 billion.
